  • You are NOT eligible to complete this application online.

    Our office only serves Manatee County residents. You must visit First Manatee South County Tag Agency or your home county to complete your transaction. Refer to the Customer Information Publication for information.

  • Do you have your Disabled Parking Permit Application (HMSV 83039) with "Permanent Permit" selected or the Certificate of Disability from your renewal notice completed in full?*

    You MUST have the Disabled Parking Permit Application (HSMV 83039) completed in full with "Permanent Permit" selected by your physician AND have a Florida Driver License or Identification Card to be eligible for online submission.

    If you don't meet the critera above, a Temporary Disabled Parking Permit may be issued. The cost is $15.00. You may send a check along with your completed application to: Manatee County Tax Collector, P.O. Box 25300, Bradenton, FL 34206 OR Schedule an appointment online at taxcollector.com to have your transaction processed at one of our offices.

  • Would you like to receive a second Disabled Parking Permit?*
  • To qualify for a second Disabled Parking Permit, you must be a frequent traveler or a quadriplegic. Which option applies to you?*
  • The applicable option must be selected on the HSMV 83039 or the Certificate of Disability by your physician or certifying authority. If neither option is selected, you will only receive one permit in the mail.

  • If "Neither" option applies to you, you are not eligible for a second Parking Permit. You will only receive one permit in the mail.
  • Do you (the disabled person) currently have a FLORIDA Driver License or FLORIDA Identification Card?*
  •  You are NOT eligible to complete this application online.

    You MUST have the Disabled Parking Permit Application (HSMV 83039) completed in full with "Permanent Permit" selected by your physician AND have a Florida Driver License or Identification Card to be eligible for online submission.

    The mailing address entered below is where your Disabled Parking Permit will be mailed. This will not change your recorded address on file and will not apply to any future transactions.
  • By submitting your disabled parking permit application online, you will receive your Permanent Disabled Parking Permit at the mailing address entered on the previous screen.  You will receive updates regarding the status of your Parking Permit application via email. You must allow 2 full business days for the application to be processed.
